allowfullscreen&gt;&lt;/iframe&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na confecção de uma pequena matriz em alumínio, ainda não sei o que aconteceu de errado para que essa operação tenha quebrado, na segunda passada, uma fresa HSS diâmetro 3mm, haste 6mm, cortando alumínio de 6mm, em rotação 15.000rpm, avanço F250, passo de 0,7mm (pouco mais de dois décimos do diâmetro), motor de 1CV.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acho que os cálculos precisam ser refeitos. III - Mecânica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Robô&lt;/em&gt; : "Bicho solto" construído com material de sucata, composto de dois motores e seis sensores infravermelhos além dos componentes eletrônicos diversos também retirados de equipamentos fora de uso. Apenas o circuito integrado, cérebro do robô, um PIC convencional, foi comprado por dez reais na Cidade do Evento. O programa escrito em C e o respectivo compilador foram da categoria "open source".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#ffff00;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Na qualidade de orientador do projeto, responsável pela inscrição do IFBA na Olimpíada, como também responsável pelos alunos durante os dias de viagem (15 horas ida e volta) e estadia na cidade de Vitória da Conquista, gostaria de parabenizar a esses garotos guerreiros por essa conquista que se deu devida a grande disposição, capacidade de trabalho e inteligência em peparar o "bicho solto" em apenas 15 dias, concluindo sua montagem na arena do evento poucas horas antes da disputa.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#ffff00;"&gt;Aproveito o ensejo para agradecer ao Diretor do Campus Salvador, Prof. João Alfredo, pelo apoio e disponibilização de um veículo com motorista além de estadia do grupo na cidade de Vitória da Conquista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#ffff00;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Uma coisa é certa: se na primeira experiência fomos vice, com certeza no próximo ano seremos campeões. Quem sabe não seja um recado apelativo, numa tentativa de se demonstrar que o velho não deveria ser jogado fora sem antes avaliar seu potencial de contribuição para os novos, como acontece amiúde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;2 - Trasformar a obsoleta máquina de xerox, usando suas próprias peças, em esteira transportadora e embaladora de frutas com contador, e ao mesmo tempo um mistrurador de tintas automático... Se juntar tudo, deve dar &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;MECATRÔNICA TÉCNICA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como o próprio nome diz, no espaço &lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;MECATRÔNICA TÉCNICA EXPERIMENTAL&lt;/span&gt; serão colocados todos os experimentos executados em laboratório (ou em casa), a explicação de como foi feito, e porque não obteve sucesso, quando isso acontecer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas não pensem que isso aqui será organizado, cheio de setinhas coloridas, carinhas felizes ou chorosas, pastas dedicadas, links indexados, pisca-pisca, abelhinhas voando... nada disso. Apenas &lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;INFORMAÇÃO TÉCNICA EXPERIMENTAL&lt;/span&gt;!!! Exatamente como começou a ciência. Na base da experimentação!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Que ninguém venha me culpar, se algo der errado com os projetos daqueles que tentarem reproduzir os experimentos aqui veiculados. Portanto, desde já não me responsabilizo por nenhum tipo de prejuízo financeiro, material ou moral, resultante de aplicação das informações postadas nesse blog. Então, antes de se dedicar a algum projeto, pense bem e se informe bastante sobre a teoria do mesmo, para depois não postar queixas ou estórias de "meu boi morreu". No máximo, posso responder a alguns e-mails tentando solucionar. De resto é se dirigir ao pé da estátua do Caboclo, no Campo Grande, em Salvador-Bahia, que é o lugar apropriado para chorar...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poderá haver uma parte teórica (ninguém é de ferro) para encher linguiça enquanto não houver experimento para publicar. E com relação a isso, devo informar que a veiculação da teoria sobre o tema desse blog advém de conhecimento pessoal prático, leitura de livros técnicos, papers, dissertações de mestrado, teses de doutorado e da Internet, de uma maneira geral. Não sou detentor do conhecimento global sobre Eletroeletrônica. Pessoalmente eu acho que todo conhecimento vem de outro conhecimento (nada se cria, tá lembrado?).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O que se disser aqui no que se refere à teoria, deve estar escrito em algum lugar ou foi dito por alguém. Portanto não vou ficar escolhendo textos técnicos para mudar alguns tópicos e publicar como se fossem meus. É possível que não sejam mencionadas algumas fontes, mas desde já vocês ficam sabendo que elas existem, e estão em algum lugar do ciberespaço. É só procurar. Dessa maneira não me venham com xurumelas me dizendo o que eu já sei: "olha, eu li isso no site tal, de fulano de tal".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Também não precisa, se não quiser, comentar. Sei o quanto é chato escrever algo quando não se tem nada a dizer. Nesse caso, o silêncio é de ouro. Melhor do que frases como: "oi, passei aqui pra dizer alô..." ; "Legal teu blog, passa lá no meu...", etc. Para isso existe o e-mail, onde as abobrinhas ficarão em sigilo, sendo que da terceira em diante, o sistema automático ultra-mega-power-anti-spam/abobrinha já deleta o arquivo antes mesmo de ser lido. Não tenho nenhum trauma com relação a comentário zero. A visita já é mais que suficiente e, de já, agradeço. A intenção é apenas ajudar, já que não ganho nada para fazer isso - por enquanto (rs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pois é...
